At Parkdean Resorts, we’re on a mission to create amazing experiences for our guests, our people, and our communities. We’re looking for a proactive, creative and organised Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communications team and help bring our stories to life. In this role, you’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of communications that strengthen our brand reputation, engage our internal and external audiences, and champion our corporate and ESG commitments. From drafting compelling content to supporting charitable programmes and events, you’ll play an important part in telling the Parkdean Resorts story.

Job Responsibility

  • Writing, proofreading and editing high-quality copy for press releases, web articles, and other communication channels
  • Leading our LinkedIn content planning and creating engaging posts that reflect our brand and achievements
  • Keeping our corporate website fresh and up to date with relevant, timely content
  • Producing clear and engaging stories and updates for internal channels
  • Ensuring all written content reflects our brand tone of voice
  • Creating briefs for our in‑house studio or external agencies for assets including posters, digital content, videos, and event materials
  • Managing the communications team mailbox and responding promptly to incoming queries
  • Tracking engagement and producing monthly performance reports
  • Supporting PR agencies and our Head of Corporate Communications where needed
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of corporate events, including our annual Management Conference and supplier forums
  • Managing administration tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Building strong relationships with our corporate charity partners
  • Supporting charity campaigns, fundraising, and programmes like our free holiday gifting scheme

Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable across channels and audiences
  • Solid technical skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • A collaborative, positive approach and plenty of creativity
  • A real passion for sustainability, community impact and charitable initiatives
  • A degree in a related subject (e.g., English, journalism) is preferred
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in communications, PR or a similar field
  • A willingness to travel across the UK to our parks when needed
  • A full, clean driving licence
