Job Description:

We’re looking for a Communications & Events Coordinator to support us on Bambuser’s external communications, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and content execution and to plan and deliver high-quality events that support our commercial and brand goals. This role is highly operational and hands-on. You will be responsible for managing Bambuser’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end: planning, writing, publishing, and tracking performance. In addition, you will coordinate and execute events end-to-end and ensure clear, professional communication around them, both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, and interact with partners, customers, and vendors globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Bambuser’s LinkedIn and Social Media presence end-to-end, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Write, edit, and publish content for e.g. Linkedin, newsletters related to events, launches, and company updates
  • Execute on a clear publishing schedule across LinkedIn and newsletters
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and high quality in tone of voice and copy across various content streams and brand assets
  • Coordinate input and approvals from internal stakeholders to deliver content on time
  • Plan and coordinate community events of varying sizes and formats
  • Administer end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, speakers, materials, guest lists, and on-site coordination
  • serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for participants
  • Coordinate materials and information needed for events that support commercial goals
  • Prepare and coordinate the packaging and shipment of customer-facing materials and gifts, and support tracking customer milestones

Requirements:

  • Proven experience organizing and coordinating events
  • Fully professional English (native a plus), with strong writing and editing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a global context and across time zones

Nice to have:

French, Italian, Spanish or Swedish are considered a bonus
