Job Description:

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our team that focusses on Change Management, Communication & Engagement Support of the DATA4YOU program in the DataManagement & Central Monitoring Department, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse. DATA4YOU is a multi-year strategic program delivering the state-of-the-art J&J clinical data Hub and Data review platform leveraging AI and ML to facilitate the work of key personas managing clinicaltrials. This program comes with a high investment and a high expectation toward cost & time savings,operational and organizational benefits. One of the pillars in the DATA4YOU program is investing in Organizational Change Management and Communications as the user community is very diverse. For this work stream we are looking for additional support to set the team up for success.

Job Responsibility:

Building communications materials such as presentations that are visually appealing
Building creative supportive materials such as e-flyers, posters, animated banners supporting announcements
Organize small events
Partner with the content owners to build clear information
Partner with external creative partner responsible for delivering creative materials (engaging videos, images, ...)
Maintain communication channels such as the program’s Information SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer)
Change management activities such as QLT/QNT surveys to measure success and adoption health, organize pulse checks interviews, Stakeholder mapping, Change Impact Assessment, change readiness plan

Requirements:

Undergraduate student
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work, communicate and collaborate in global (cross-functional) teams
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented individual
Pro-active, self-starting and takes ownership

Nice to have:

Knowledge systems/software: Microsoft Suite of Tools, MS, Teams, Yammer, Zoom, Sharepoint, PollEverywhere, Photoshop
