Dalkia Engineering is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join our talented and dynamic team. Working closely with the Creative Marketing Lead and regional teams, the Communications Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating internal and external communications to support business growth and strengthen brand awareness. This is a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the organisation’s messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate internal and external communications to support business growth and enhance brand awareness
  • Work with key stakeholders to design, implement, and manage the organisation’s communications strategy
  • Develop and coordinate clear, consistent content aligned with organisational values across all channels
  • Support public relations activity, including drafting press releases and managing media enquiries in collaboration with Group stakeholders
  • Support senior leaders with messaging for speaking engagements and key stakeholder meetings
  • Deliver effective internal communications aligned with people, CSR, and social value objectives
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns aligned to bid win themes, business development goals, and industry messaging
  • Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Lead to produce high-quality marketing materials, working with external suppliers where required
  • Coordinate digital marketing activity, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Promote the organisation’s sustainability initiatives and public engagement activity
  • Track and evaluate the performance of communications and marketing campaigns, using insights to inform improvements
  • Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of events, including attendance where required
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications, campaigns, and materials
  • Work with external partners to ensure all communications and marketing activity aligns with the organisation’s brand, values, and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a communications or marketing role, delivering internal and external communications to support business objectives and brand awareness
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing for multiple channels such as digital, internal communications, and public relations
  • Experience coordinating marketing and communications campaigns, including digital marketing activity and performance tracking
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, creative leads, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality communications
  • Understanding of brand management, sustainability, and social value communications, with experience ensuring consistency across all materials and channels
