Job Description:

The Communications Coordinator III will support the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned communications professional with 4–6 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The contractor will work under the direction of the Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach across various channels.

Job Responsibility:

Draft and edit communications materials for campaigns, including emails, newsletters, press releases, and social media content
Provide timely daily communication updates to internal stakeholders
Compile and maintain press lists and targeted media contact databases
Monitor media coverage and assemble press clip packages for distribution and archival
Assist in planning and coordinating special events, including logistics, communications, and promotional efforts

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in media monitoring tools and database management
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience supporting events and working with cross-functional teams is a plus
