Communications Consultant

• Content Creation: Drafting media statements, newsletters, fact sheets, social media posts, and website content
• Strategy Development: Designing and implementing tactical communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• Stakeholder Liaison: Representing the agency at community meetings and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external project teams
• Ministerial Support: Drafting content for Ministerial business, Parliamentary Questions, and briefing notes
• Issues Management: Managing external customer enquiries, complaints, and escalated claims

• Proven experience in developing and delivering communication materials within a complex project environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop community education and communication campaigns
• A background in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications
• Strong experience in writing formal correspondence, such as Ministerial responses and briefing notes
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to facilitate group meetings
