We're seeking a strategic Communications Consultant to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across critical enterprise and workplace initiatives. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver communications that simplify complex ideas, guide employees through change, and enhance the overall workplace experience. Job Responsibility
Shape Communication Strategies
Develop and execute communication plans aligned to key initiatives and timelines
Translate complex operational updates and change initiatives into clear, engaging messaging
Deliver communications across channels including email, intranet, presentations, and leadership messaging
Enable Leaders & Drive Engagement
Create communication toolkits, talking points, and FAQs for leaders
Advise stakeholders on communication strategy, timing, and audience engagement
Equip leaders to communicate and reinforce changes confidently
Support Change & Transformation
Partner with change management teams to support large-scale initiatives
Ensure employees are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout change efforts
Align messaging across teams to create a consistent and seamless experience
Create Meaningful Employee Experiences
Plan and facilitate meetings and engagement forums (e.g., town halls, leadership sessions)
Manage and optimize content across intranet and collaboration platforms
Ensure employees have access to clear, relevant, and timely information
Measure & Improve
Monitor communication effectiveness and employee engagement
Gather feedback and continuously refine strategies and messaging
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and organizational needs
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in internal or organizational communications
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience supporting executive and leadership communications
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across teams
Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt with agility
Nice to have
Experience with change management or organizational transformation
Experience working in matrixed organizations
Familiarity with intranet platforms, collaboration tools, and employee engagement channels
