We are looking for a warm, organized, and creative Communications & Community Manager to be the voice of our brand. This role involves handling customer care across platforms, managing influencer collaborations, and executing gifting and barter programs.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat
Maintain a positive brand tone and ensure every customer feels supported
Track common customer feedback and share insights with the design and production teams
Identify relevant influencers, stylists, and creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
Reach out for collaborations, gifting, barter partnerships, and paid promotions
Maintain an influencer database with engagement metrics, collaboration history, and posting commitments
Build long-term relationships with influencers who genuinely connect with the brand
Coordinate selection of garments for gifting, ensuring sizing and preferences are correct
Manage dispatches of PR packages and gifted orders with the logistics team
Track all gifted items, expected deliverables, posting schedules, and performance metrics
Ensure influencers post agreed-upon content and maintain follow-ups politely
Work with the social media team to share influencer content for reposting
Identify UGC (user-generated content) opportunities to support brand storytelling
Communicate upcoming campaigns, themes, and collection launches to creators
Maintain weekly trackers for customer queries, complaints, and their resolution time
Prepare influencer collaboration reports including reach, engagement, and conversions
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong understanding of Instagram, creator economy, and current fashion trends
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
Empathetic, patient, and able to maintain brand tone at all times
