Cooley LLP has an opportunity available for an Associate to work with the Communications practice group in our Washington, D.C. office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in communications regulation, policy and transactional matters, including before the FCC and state public utilities commissions, in the media (including broadcast), telecom, wireless, satellite and technology industries
  • Strong interest in legal and business matters affecting such industries
