We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Communications Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a variety of communications activities across multiple functions. The Communications Associate will support a wide range of initiatives, including field marketing, drafting press releases, event coordination, and social media management, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and programs that drive business growth. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with different teams, gain exposure to various marketing channels, and help execute key marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and functions
Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistics of events, whether virtual or in-person, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly from start to finish
Support the creation of press releases, blog posts, and internal artifacts to communicate campaigns clearly
Help track and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and reporting to refine future marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives
Manage and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project deadlines to ensure timely execution of activities
Assist with data management and CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of marketing activities and outcomes
Support day-to-day marketing operations and provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong enthusiasm for Corporate Communications with a desire to develop a broad skill set across various marketing functions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Workspace
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Nice to have:
Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing, event management, or operations is a plus
