Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Communications Assistant for a temporary role in Camden, London. As the face of the organization, you will interact with members, offer customer support, and manage communication tasks. This hybrid role provides flexibility and offers an exciting opportunity to work in the nonprofit sector.

Job Responsibility:

Confidently answering queries via email and phone, including processing payments
delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
responding to member information queries through our online portal
assisting with the Admissions Ceremony, including preparation work in advance
supporting the production and data checking of local census outputs.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
enthusiasm for engaging with members and providing top-notch service
basic Excel skills to assist with data checking tasks.

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM databases especially Salesforce.
