Job Description

We’re looking for a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement (C&SE) Consultant to join our NSW team. Reporting into both the NSW leadership team and our National Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering C&SE projects, supporting bids, and collaborating with project teams across a wide range of sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects spanning Property & Infrastructure, from major, city-shaping initiatives impacting millions to highly localised, community-focused engagements that require empathy and precision.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver communication and engagement outcomes in complex, high-profile environments
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and communities
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies and plans
  • Prepare clear, accessible materials such as community updates, newsletters, fact sheets, letters, presentations and other collateral
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities such as stakeholder mapping, event coordination, surveys, briefings and door-knocking
  • Contribute to bid development and pursuits across the TSA Riley business

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a communications discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs and deadlines
