Job Responsibility:

  • Creating memorable experience for our guests from the booking phase on
  • Communicating with most of the departments on a daily basis
  • Assisting sales with group reservations
  • Understanding and reviewing online reservations
  • Selling property features such as spa, restaurant and concierge services
  • Successfully handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice, using names when possible, and routing calls to proper extensions
  • Answering the telephones professionally and utilizing the computer system accordingly
  • Utilizing the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer system
  • Accepting and placing wake-up calls for hotel guests
  • Handling technical issues regarding telecommunication equipment (guest phones technical checks, function room setup, etc.)

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Fluency both in written and oral English and Hungarian (a third language is an advantage)
  • Previous work experience in a relevant position (reservations, front desk) and Opera knowledge are an advantage
  • should be an excellent team player, very detail-oriented and should have good communication skills
  • EU work authorization
