Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Communications and PR Manager to lead internal communication strategies and public relations efforts for our organization in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who excels at crafting impactful messaging, building strong relationships, and driving brand visibility. Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a strong company culture
Create clear and effective messaging for organizational updates, initiatives, and change management processes
Build trust and engagement with franchisees through transparent and consistent communication channels such as newsletters, town halls, and podcasts
Manage public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility, including media outreach, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic partnerships
Act as a spokesperson for the organization, handling crisis communications and maintaining positive media relationships
Collaborate with PR agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and high-quality execution
Write and edit content for internal and external audiences, simplifying complex topics and ensuring clarity
Support events and conferences with tailored scripts, messaging, and emceeing services
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through metrics, refining strategies to improve impact
Explore innovative tools and practices to enhance communication channels and align with global standards

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in both internal and external communication strategies, including reputation management
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with expertise in executive communications
Strong media and stakeholder relationship-building skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent project management and organizational skills
Proactive and collaborative approach to managing multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with tools and practices such as newsletters, podcasts, and public relations campaigns
