Our client, a leading organisation in the legal sector, is looking for a Communications and Content Manager to join their team in Guildford. This role involves content creation, campaign planning, social media management, press relations, analytics, and brand management.
Job Responsibility:
Craft clear and compelling content, from legal articles to press releases and firm updates
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns while maintaining a strategic content calendar
Curate and manage our LinkedIn presence, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand identity
Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure timely content delivery
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to enhance our visibility
Track and report on content performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Support the Marketing Director and Managing Partner in shaping and delivering the firm's brand positioning and visual identity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in communications, content creation, or marketing, ideally within a legal or professional services setting
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner
Familiarity with SEO principles and current digital marketing trends, including the influence of AI on content strategy
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
