Job Description

This is a newly created role working closely with the Chief Executive at a time of exciting growth for CHFA. It’s a hands-on, end-to-end communications position where you’ll shape how CHFA presents itself externally through clear, consistent messaging and storytelling that highlights the organisation’s impact. The role also includes providing executive and organisational support to help ensure the smooth running of key business and governance activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning and execution of communications and marketing initiatives across the organisation
  • Own and deliver annual reporting content and coordination, including impact reporting
  • Manage digital marketing activity across channels
  • Maintain and update the CHFA website
  • Manage and grow CHFA’s social media presence
  • Lead storytelling initiatives that highlight the impact and value of CHFA’s work
  • Create clear, compelling messaging and content that articulates the value and impact CHFA delivers across communities
  • Own and lead the development of tenders and proposal documents
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and campaigns
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns aligned to organisational goals
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and management team, including diary management, meeting coordination and preparation of materials
  • Coordinate internal and external events, briefings and stakeholder engagements
  • Support board processes, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, paper collation and minute support
  • Track and update key operational and reporting data to support management, compliance and impact reporting
  • Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly, including as a key point of contact for office administration, suppliers and service providers, and supporting lending activities of CHFA

Requirements

  • Experienced communications and/or marketing professional, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Skilled in creating clear, compelling messaging and storytelling that highlights impact and value
  • Confident managing digital marketing, social media, and website content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing tenders, proposals, and organisational reporting

  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Act as primary contact for Bulgaria payroll and HR administration matters for Finance, HR, and business stakeholders
