We are seeking a skilled Communication Trainer to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in training individuals or groups to improve their communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct interactive training sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and public speaking
Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on student needs
Assess student progress through assignments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions
Organize communication workshops, debates, and language labs
Collaborate with faculty to integrate communication skills into the curriculum
Maintain records of student attendance and performance
