Job Responsibility

  • Process internal communication requests for selected departments, programmes or initiatives, ensuring timely handling and appropriate publication across internal channels
  • Support and enhance editorial quality assurance of key internal communication outputs (for example, news, news digest and priority intranet content), working with colleagues who manage day-to-day production
  • Contribute to editorial planning and publishing for organisational change and transition initiatives, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the intranet, including coordination of internal communication actions
  • Draft, edit and adapt communication content for different channels and audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with organisational tone of voice
  • Support the planning, organisation and delivery of internal events (e.g. All-staff meetings, information sessions, workshops)
  • Provide ad hoc support on digital channels and SharePoint-related topics, ensuring alignment with ongoing digital and AI-driven initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
  • Internal communication experience in large or complex organisations
  • Advanced SharePoint expertise for intranet content management, along with solid PowerPoint knowledge and foundational design skills
  • Experience with editorial processes and digital internal channels
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in corporate environments
  • Strong content drafting and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and formats
  • Experience with internal communication events support
  • Familiarity with AI-related topics and tools applied to internal communication is an asset
