Job Responsibility

  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, staff intranet, and e-newsletters to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and services
  • Develop and draft engaging copy with a consistent tone and storytelling approach to captivate and inform target audiences
  • Identify innovative strategies to increase audience engagement and enhance the visibility of the organization
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results
  • Design outreach and promotional messaging that aligns with the organization’s branding and communication goals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with organizational priorities and adapts to changing needs
  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and manage posts across multiple channels

Requirements

  • Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content tailored for diverse platforms including websites, social media, and newsletters
  • Strong proficiency in managing social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
  • Experience using WordPress for website content management
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact

Nice to have
