Communication Specialist

• Create and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, brochures, and advertisements
• develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
• utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, to produce visually appealing materials
• collaborate with teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that meet organizational objectives
• maintain and update content within the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• coordinate the creation of promotional materials and advertising campaigns
• analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements
• ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a detail-oriented tone
• provide support in planning and executing events, ensuring effective messaging and branding
• stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign
• experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage digital content
• strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
• ability to create engaging and detail-oriented advertisements, blogs, and brochures
• familiarity with design software such as CAD is preferred
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• proven ability to enhance brand awareness through strategic communication efforts
• knowledge of industry standards and best practices in marketing and communications
• legally authorized to work in the United States
