We are looking for an experienced Communication Partner to join our team of trusted advisors in Corporate Communication & Sustainability at Demant. In this role, you will help guide leaders and the organisation through development and transformation as part of Demant’s growth journey and ambition to be the leading hearing healthcare company, improving as many lives as possible. Our mission is to build and protect the Demant brand as a successful, positive-impact company that creates life-changing differences through hearing health. Through strategic communication, we drive employee engagement, strengthen stakeholder preference, safeguard our reputation and support our sustainability journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising, planning and implementing the communication track in larger or cross-cutting programs or projects primarily for the Group and occasionally for Business Areas or Group Services
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leadership and selected SVPs/VPs in global top management
  • Owning, developing and advancing Demant’s hearing healthcare narrative internally and externally
  • Driving financial and sustainability reporting communication and other activities connected to our stock exchange listing
  • Develop and support communication related to corporate strategy and the strategy process
  • Developing content and storylines for global top management summits
  • Supporting public affairs activities
  • Supporting media and PR activities and acting as stand-in for Media Relations Manager

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in communication, PR, Business Studies, Journalism or a related field
  • Good experience working as a communication advisor
  • Some experience in media relations and crisis/issues management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Ability to speak, write and understand both Danish and English at a professional working proficiency level
