Job Description

A senior designer, focused on creative story telling through visual design across all internal channels. From Board presentations and impactful PowerPoint decks to infographics, Benefits guide design, email graphics, and in-person event design (as just a few examples), this individual will use design to demonstrate success, move the needle on strategic initiatives and weave a visual story.

Job Responsibility

  • Produces and presents creative concepts and designs supporting the People & Culture function
  • Concepts, develops and implements creative solutions for a variety of projects including videos, presentations, internal campaigns, infographics, event concepts and materials, printed brochures, posters, flyers and online tools
  • Translates and adapts work to fit across multiple medias
  • Incorporates photography and video into design work
  • Works creatively within the brand architecture
  • Assists management with integrated team projects
  • Develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects
  • Arranges and produces photo/video shoots as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in supporting design, visual arts and digital design
  • Experience in concepting for print, web and broadcast/interactive mediums
  • Understanding of marketing principals, advertising, PR and design
  • Expert understanding in print, digital and multimedia production
  • Ability to work off of a creative brief
