Job Description

For our client, Atlas Copco Group, we are looking for a driven Communication Officer to shape the internal communication of a global transformation. In this temporary role, covering a maternity leave until the end of 2026, you will facilitate the flow of information surrounding the international GEMS program. You will join an international environment where you turn complex subject matter into engaging and accessible messages for diverse teams. Job Responsibility

  • Create and maintain clear communication plans for the global roll-out of the project
  • facilitate and lead communication meetings with the international teams
  • design, write, and coordinate the monthly newsletters
  • compile comprehensive communication packages and ensure smooth, timely distribution
  • manage the information flow surrounding crucial milestones within the program
  • develop specific visual and textual materials, including videos, surveys, and presentations via Sway
  • support the team in correctly and consistently applying the Atlas Copco brand identity
