Job Description

For a temporary assignment from July 2026 to March 2027, we are seeking a Communication Officer to support the Internal & External Communications team. This role will focus on maintaining continuity, consistency, and quality across communication activities during the contract period. You will report to the Director of Internal & External Communications and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and delivery of internal and external communication campaigns
  • Coordinate communication projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility through events, media activities, and partnerships
  • Create and edit content for multiple channels
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels to ensure consistent and engaging messaging
  • Contribute to the improvement and ongoing management of communication tools, systems, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support business-wide communication needs

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in communications and/or marketing roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a hands-on approach
  • Good organisational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or Drupal
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or photo/video editing tools is advantageous
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
