We are part of the leading science and innovation consultancy Technopolis Group. We're looking for a communication manager who's eager to take a leading role in delivering our communication projects. Communication inspires you, and you have a proven track record in strategy, campaigns, and the production of deliverables. You combine this expertise with a passion for turning client needs into clear, actionable tasks and ensuring that projects run efficiently: on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You anticipate risks, maintain quality, and work closely with your team and management to find solutions when challenges arise, keeping every project on track and every client satisfied.

Job Responsibility

  • Project planning, delivery and budget management
  • Lead the full lifecycle of communication projects: from scoping and scheduling to delivery, reporting, and lessons learned
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, on quality, and within financial targets
  • Anticipate risks, track performance through the Agency management tools, and ensure compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Client and partner management and internal coordination
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, ensuring the creation of strong working relationships
  • Coordinate and brief multidisciplinary teams and suppliers
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Develop and translate communication strategies into impactful campaigns and materials
  • Oversee and contribute to content creation across channels
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, and pitches

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in the communication field, with strong project management skills
  • Experience in the public sector or sustainability-related projects is highly valued
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong storytelling and messaging abilities
  • Copywriting and content editing
  • Presentation and public speaking
  • Social media and digital communication proficiency
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in budgeting and cost management
