Job Description:

As Communication Manager in Range, you are a crucial contributor to moving our most important strategic and business questions through the power of communication. In this role and context, you will support, enable and create clarity and engagement in our strategic directions and range identity movements.

Job Responsibility:

support, enable and create clarity and engagement in our strategic directions and range identity movements
represent many of the big IKEA topics that are led from Range
be an essential contributor to the Communication plan for Range and other contexts that is part of the bigger IKEA communication agenda
create co-worker engagement in the Range Strategy & Identity function
lead communication together with a team of 5 direct reporting communicators and in collaboration with the network of communicators across Range

Requirements:

experienced leader
extensive experience in planning, creating and executing impactful communication
proven communication competence and cross-functional understanding of the IKEA strategic landscape, network and value chain
deep understanding of the core of the Range assignment, as well as business and communication needs
very curious and solution-oriented, with ability to create engagement and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders, a strong networker and collaborator
self-starter, action-oriented and capable of navigating and leading questions forward in a complex and fast paced environment, and positively influence ideas that will grow IKEA
enjoy working at a fast pace in an optimistic and future-oriented, continuously developing organization, having a strong ability to adapt to change and navigate complexities
large capacity and ability to move between and act on strategic, tactical and operational tasks and contexts
very strong and creative communicator with the ability to move business questions and create impact through communication, simplify complexities and represent IKEA in all dimensions
