As the Communication & Interior Design Manager, you will be at the heart of how we present IKEA to our customers, inspiring and surprising visitors by exceeding their expectations with strong visual impressions. You will strengthen the IKEA Brand and convert more visitors into customers through exceptional store experiences. You are a creative, performance-driven leader with a passion for home furnishing and people development, someone who: Leads and inspires the store Communication & Interior Design team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and people's life at home to grow the business. Acts as the creative leader by initiating and facilitating workshops to generate creative directions. Secures vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar together with the store management team. Leads the team in securing relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, an optimal store layout, and effective store communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distances IKEA from the competition. Ensures that the store commercial team has the right understanding of store layout, range presentation, and store communication, thereby contributing to the work method for range presentation. Contributes knowledge of people's life at home and consumer shopping behaviour in the creation and implementation of the store business plan. Identifies current and future business needs based on the national competence development plan in order to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing and passionate store Communication & Interior Design team.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A design-based education
Proven experience in managing, inspiring, leading, and developing people and creative processes in a changing environment
Demonstrated experience in visually expressing the brand identity of a company
Visual competence, including a keen eye for aesthetics
A proven customer-focused mindset
Clear communication and coaching skills
Demonstrated ability to set and implement action plans, set expectations, provide clear direction, and follow up on agreed goals and deadlines
