Communication Intelligence Analyst

• Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT
• Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content
• Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses
• Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of signal analyses
• Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context
• Use comprehensive understanding of collection platforms to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
• Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis through application of best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises

• 5+ Years of experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT), PROFORMA, or Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis
• Experience with collection and signals analysis
• Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
• Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
• Ability to provide shift work support
• An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required
• Completed 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses
• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience

• Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
• Completion of a credentialing Service School including Navy Cryptological Technician - Collections (CTR), Army 35S, Air Force 1N2C, Marine 2621, or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
• Completion of Military 451/461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis course, 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis, Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW)
