Requirements

5+ Years of experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT), PROFORMA, or Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis
Experience with collection and signals analysis
Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
Ability to provide shift work support
An active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly is required
Completed 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience

Job Responsibility

Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis of COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT
Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content
Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses
Produce detailed reports and briefings that accurately convey the findings of signal analyses
Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments to provide actionable intelligence and context
Use comprehensive understanding of collection platforms to combine information from various sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
Provide shift work support as required to ensure continuous intelligence coverage
Maintain a high level of proficiency in COMINT/PROFORMA/FISINT analysis through application of best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises

Must possess one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Security Intelligence, Threat Analysis or related field of study
Minimum of seven (7) years of formal civilian or military intelligence analysis experience in which your primary role was as an Intelligence Analyst, supporting the full intelligence cycle.
Minimum of five (5) years of civilian or military intelligence analysis experience
Fusion Centre/law enforcement/customs/security intelligence/military/commercial intelligence background

Manage the “intelligence cycle” through the systematic collection, collation, evaluation, interpretation and analysis of information and process this into timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence
Assure quality of intelligence products

Assess intel procedures specific to the GSOC
develop/update guidance documents and processes to eliminate gaps in intelligence gathering and reporting
Responsible for producing intelligence products that will aid in mitigating risk, exposure, and impacts to the client’s corporate critical infrastructure (personnel, facilities and assets, business operations, and reputation), globally.
Prepare analyses, assessments, verbal briefs or other products by applying expert judgment and specialized experience in interpreting information and making decisions
Produce high-quality threat assessments, security alerts, country risk assessments, multi-media presentations and other relevant security and awareness products for dissemination to relevant audiences across the organization as determined by the Intelligence Analyst under the guidelines provided by Senior Management
Take initiative to develop new intelligence products and reporting methods to address emerging vulnerabilities
