We are looking for a Communication & Government Affairs Student Worker to join our team on a part-time fixed term contract basis of approximately 12 months. As the successful candidate you will support the Communication & Government Affairs (CGA) team in Denmark while learning practical skills in communication, administration, and project work. You will work with colleagues across functions and countries to deliver high-quality materials and events. You are proactive, self-driven, skilled in social media, creative and able to produce engaging content, and preferably have an interest or knowledge of the pharma and healthcare sector – though this is not a requirement. You will join a supportive team that values learning and growth. You will receive training and regular feedback. This role gives practical experience in marketing, administration and project coordination, and helps you build skills for future roles within the industry.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and planning internal/external corporate and commercial communication
Responsible for strengthening and enhancing GSK's presence on LinkedIn in collaboration with the Market Access team, public affairs, medical, and commercial departments
Generating creative ideas to our messaging in general e.g. news posts, opinion pieces, and other communication formats
Liaising with media and journalists
Manage administrative tasks to support the CGA team
Coordinate simple project tasks across stakeholders and follow up to keep work on track
Requirements:
Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to communications, journalism, or similar
Excellent written and spoken Danish and English
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in teams and with multiple stakeholders
Availability for a part-time student role (hours agreed with hiring manager)
Nice to have:
Previous experience in communication roles
Interest in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry and commercial functions
Experience with content management systems and/or social media
Strong attention to detail and quality in written communications
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
