Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Communications Coordinator to support the execution of strategic campaigns and media relations. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will serve as a key operational driver, drafting high-quality communication materials and providing daily updates to ensure project momentum. You will be responsible for the foundational elements of our media strategy, including the curation of targeted press lists and the meticulous monitoring of brand coverage. In this role, you will act as a guardian of our media presence, compiling comprehensive press clip packages and extracting insights from ongoing coverage. Additionally, you will provide essential support for special events, ensuring seamless coordination and brand alignment. If you are a detail-oriented communicator with a talent for media tracking and a desire to contribute to high-visibility brand storytelling, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Under direction of manager, draft communications materials for campaigns
  • Provide daily communication updates as needed
  • Compile press lists and targeted media lists
  • Compile press clip packages by monitoring press coverage
  • Support special events coordination as needed.
