Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to support the Build UP project, an EU initiative focused on promoting energy efficiency in buildings. The intern will contribute to communication and content-related activities, ensuring the portal is regularly updated with relevant, high-quality content and supporting the coordination of editorial activities within the consortium. Job Responsibility

  • Identify and curate relevant news and content aligned with Build UP scope for daily publication
  • Create, edit, and adapt content for social media channels
  • Perform basic image and video editing to support communication activities
  • Support the editorial workflow, including tracking internally produced articles from the consortium
  • Monitor and update the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating content contributions

Requirements

  • You are able to provide us with a University Agreement
  • You are looking for an internship of at least 6 months
  • You are studying Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
  • You have experience (academic or extracurricular) in content creation or digital communication
  • You are interested in sustainability
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and respect deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital content tools

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMS platforms
