Job Description:

We are seeking a Communication & Change Management Leader to define and implement strategies that drive successful adoption of new digital solutions. This role ensures end-user engagement, smooth transition from legacy tools, and effective communication throughout the transformation journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and execute comprehensive communication plans for digital initiatives
  • Identify impacted personas and key stakeholders to tailor messaging and engagement
  • Define and implement training plans to support adoption
  • Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy tools and deployment of new solutions
  • Maintain Organizational Change Management (OCM) tools and reporting dashboards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement within transformation projects
  • Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Change, or a related field
  • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • French is a plus

Nice to have:

  • French language skills
