Proclinical is seeking a Communication and Change Coordinator to support the execution of communication and change initiatives within a fast-paced transformation environment. This role involves developing communication materials, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engagement activities. You will play a key role in maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment across various teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Change Communications Lead in delivering communication and change activities across the program
  • Draft and update communication materials such as emails, FAQs, presentations, and talking points
  • Maintain and organize core communication resources, including QA documents, toolkits, and SharePoint content
  • Coordinate inputs from HR, communications, and functional teams, tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Prepare leadership communication materials, meeting agendas, and workshop documentation
  • Support engagement activities by preparing materials and managing logistics for manager enablement formats
  • Gather and structure feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and transparency
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and task lists to ensure visibility and coordination of ongoing activities

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, structured messaging
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in communications, project coordination, or change management
  • Fluent in English (business level)
  • University degree in a relevant field
