Job Responsibility

  • Designing, developing, and delivering key communications for the Global IT Center (GITC), such as town halls local and global, office communication screens, email communications, and social media
  • Leading GITC events and internal initiatives, supporting employee committees, engaging with local universities, supporting branding and talent acquisition events, and contributing to overall employee engagement activities
  • Managing and coordinating HR-related vendors, including MidocOnline, English classes, and Total Pass (wellness program) and others
  • Internship program and summer camps, such as Baxter's TalentLab project
