Job Responsibility
Designing, developing, and delivering key communications for the Global IT Center (GITC), such as town halls local and global, office communication screens, email communications, and social media
Leading GITC events and internal initiatives, supporting employee committees, engaging with local universities, supporting branding and talent acquisition events, and contributing to overall employee engagement activities
Managing and coordinating HR-related vendors, including MidocOnline, English classes, and Total Pass (wellness program) and others
Internship program and summer camps, such as Baxter's TalentLab project
Requirements
