Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee and manage grant portfolios, focusing on both pre-award and post-award processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage pre-award and post-award grant processes
  • Oversee annual budget submissions for grant portfolios
  • Collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure grant compliance and alignment with project goals
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure timely submission of grant-related documentation
  • Provide training and support during onboarding and departmental transitions

Requirements:

  • Experience with NIH or federal grants
  • Proficiency in managing pre-award and post-award processes
  • Strong understanding of grant portfolio budgeting
