Job Description:

We are looking for a Comms & AI Intern to join our Growth & CRM team within Courier/Rider Operations. This is a unique, high-impact role where you will sit at the intersection of lifecycle campaign execution and AI-powered innovation — helping the team not only deliver best-in-class rider communications, but also shape how we integrate AI tools into our CRM workflows. You will bring a hands-on attitude and genuine curiosity for emerging AI tools, helping us move faster, personalize at scale, and think smarter about how we engage riders across 22+ countries. This is not a passive role — we want someone who will challenge the status quo, experiment boldly, and bring fresh AI-driven ideas to the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns across channels (push, email, SMS, in-app), from briefing and building to launching and monitoring
  • Help design and execute communication flows targeting rider acquisition, onboarding, reactivation, and long-term engagement
  • Analyze and Improve CRM Performance: Track and assess CRM performance metrics (activation, conversion, retention), run A/B tests, and turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with local teams across 22+ countries to adapt campaigns to regional needs and communication preferences
  • Explore and test AI tools to improve campaign performance and team efficiency
  • Identify opportunities where AI can automate repetitive CRM tasks and help the team adopt these tools in practice
  • Contribute to an internal knowledge base of AI use cases and best practices for CRM, acting as an AI advocate within the team
  • Stay on top of the evolving AI landscape (new models, tools, prompting techniques) and proactively share relevant developments with the team

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during at least 6 months
  • Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • AI Curiosity & Strategic Thinking: You are genuinely excited about AI — you follow new developments, experiment with tools on your own, and can think critically about where AI creates real value vs. hype
  • Execution Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, energized, and ready to make things happen — even under tight deadlines or shifting scopes
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
