Job Description:

Giacom is looking for a detail-driven Commissions Receivable Analyst to join our Financial Control team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of commission income from our network partners. You’ll be a key link between our finance, commercial, sales, and operations teams helping us maintain the integrity of commission revenue and continuously improve how we work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing, reconciling, and reporting commission payments across multiple network partners (O2, Vodafone, and EE)
  • Investigating commission discrepancies and resolving payment issues with internal teams and external contacts
  • Maintaining commission models, analysing commercial changes, and ensuring accurate product and pricing setup
  • Supporting Sales with complex deals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Producing reports, analysing trends, and supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline systems and processes within the commission cycle
