Job Description

Commissions Analyst – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA. Our client, a growing organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Commissions Analyst to support sales compensation operations. This role focuses on administering commission processes, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting reporting and system improvements within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and process commission calculations in alignment with established compensation plans and policies
  • Review and reconcile sales and commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support recurring commission cycles, including adjustments and reporting activities
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and compensation-related systems
  • Prepare standard reports related to earnings, attainment, and trends
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements related to sales compensation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, or sales operations
  • Exposure to tools such as Xactly, Anaplan, SAP Commissions, CaptivateIQ, or similar systems preferred
  • Technology or SaaS industry experience a plus
