Detailed Job Description: Client: Insurance Job Title: Commissions Administrator (Banking /Finance/Insurance) Location: Remote Role in Ontario Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range: $20/hr. - $21.00/hr.

Job Responsibility:

  • Research and prepare spreadsheets of compensation data for processing
  • Verify when deposits/funding are received and reconcile against compensation data
  • Process compensation according to compensation cycle schedules
  • Log and maintain recordkeeping of original and modified compensation data
  • Communicate with third-party vendors regarding compensation issues
  • Research and resolve held compensation records due to deficiencies
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues as needed

  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of sales commissions for approximately 500 global employees across more than 10 unique compensation plans
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool, Performio
  • Lead the periodic, generally annual, process of updating and implementing changes to commission plans within Performio
  • Develop, document, and implement robust controls, policies, and procedures to govern the entire commissions process
  • Prepare and present detailed commission reports, dashboards, and financial accruals for leadership
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commission-related matters
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, plan documents, and internal controls (e.g., SOX)
