Job Description

Define and update the commissioning processes and specifications in alignment with the needs from PM COM and the requirements from WTG designers Design and validate tools for maintenance, testing and commissioning of Nordex turbines considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing Translate the lessons learned from the windfarms and factories into requirements for Engineering to improve the WT design

Job Responsibility

  • Define and update the commissioning processes and specifications in alignment with needs from PM COM and requirements from WTG designers
  • Design and validate tools for maintenance, testing and commissioning of Nordex turbines considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing
  • Translate lessons learned from windfarms and factories into requirements for Engineering
  • Analyse and establish Commissioning Process&Tools based on product design parameters
  • Take part in product development groups and review designs
  • Definition and validation of Commissioning tools
  • Creation of Commissioning manuals
  • Solve incidents and improvements opened by Windfarms and Quality Departments related to Maintenance and Commissioning documents and tools
  • Travel to ports, plants and Windfarms for new tools or turbine prototypes

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Control processes in CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, CREO viewer, autoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Project, SAP
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration
  • High English level
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience
  • Availability to travel occassionally
