This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute leader to oversee the launch of a state-of-the-art care home, taking responsibility for the full commissioning journey from pre-opening through to stabilisation and long-term success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, standards and reputation of the home from day one. The focus of this role will be centred around delivering outstanding care, building a strong and engaged workforce, and establishing the service as a leading provider within the local community. This position would suit an ambitious manager with a start-up mentality who is passionate about creating a centre of excellence within elderly care.
