Job Description

Mint Selection is seeking experienced Commissioning Managers for renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects. These contract opportunities will support the commissioning and energisation of renewable energy assets including solar PV, wind, substations, and battery energy storage systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead commissioning activities across renewable energy projects
  • Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
  • Coordinate contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders during energisation activities
  • Ensure systems are tested, validated, and handed over safely
  • Monitor compliance with technical standards and grid requirements
  • Support issue resolution and commissioning reporting

Requirements

  • Previous commissioning experience within renewable energy or power infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of commissioning procedures, grid compliance, and energisation activities
  • Experience working with substations, BESS, solar PV, or HV systems preferred
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Relevant engineering qualifications advantageous
