Job Responsibility:

  • Commissioning of products and systems on new-building ships
  • Inspection, service and troubleshooting tasks on product and systems
  • Investigative activities in connection with commissioning, service jobs onboard ships
  • Training of shipcrew and shipyard staff in connection with commissioning and onboard voyage
  • Completion of reports within employee's duites as required by the Company or department
  • Sales-support activities in connection with quotations and searching for new customers and jobs

Requirements:

  • Marine Engineering background with good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills
  • Degree in Electrical Marine Engineering and/or with a sailing experience as Electrical Officer also acceptable
  • Worked for minimum 3 years as a Marine Engineer
  • Knowledge about high speed separator, especially have wide insight on mechanism, control systems and component
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force
  • Flexible can do and will do attitude
  • Service minded and customer oriented
  • Independent and situational
  • Able to display high levels of trust, reliability and most importantly, confidentiality
  • Target oriented, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Familiar with the most common Microsoft products
  • Willing to travel within China frequently
