Job Description:

The Commissionaire will provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting guests, managing arrivals and departures, and overseeing traffic and security at the hotel entrance. The role supports seamless operations and enhances the guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a welcoming first impression by greeting guests warmly
assist guests with arrival and departure needs
manage flow of traffic and security at the hotel entrance
ensure safety
support smooth arrivals and departures
enhance guest experience through attentiveness and professionalism.

Requirements:
