Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate and timely calculation of commissions across assigned sales channels. This role plays a critical part in analysing the financial impact and technical feasibility of commission scheme changes, while supporting system stability through involvement in technical projects and product launches.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurately calculate commissions for assigned distribution channels, ensuring completeness and timeliness
  • Manage the approval process for commission scheme changes, providing feasibility assessments, recommendations, and financial impact analysis
  • Respond to reconciliation requests within agreed timelines and submit validated commission amounts to partners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and actively contribute to technical projects and product launches that impact commission systems
  • Maintain the Commissioning Catalogue on a monthly basis and support budgeting exercises with relevant analysis

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail
  • Skilled in planning and prioritisation, with the ability to deliver effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools, with a structured approach to data handling
  • Fast learner with clear and effective communication skills
  • Experienced in finance (minimum 1 year)
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the telecom industry or financial analysis
  • Exposure to commissions and incentive schemes
