Job Description:

This position will be a part of Circle K’s Global Capabilities Network (GNC). Responsible for providing support for Northern Tier & Alaska Commissaries and the Northern Tier Supply Warehouse through financial reporting and various other Baker’s and PDI Warehouse tasks. This position will also assist with PDI daily processes, procedural issues, reporting and accounting questions. Position will also be responsible for various period end tasks such as financial journal entries, account reconciliations and reporting for all three facilities and other duties pertaining to the facilities. This position may provide accounting support and assist in the setup of future North American Circle K commissaries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily reconciliation and processing of Twin Cities Commissary invoices
  • Prepare weekly sales and margin reports for Commissary locations
  • Prepare period end financial reporting for all three facilities
  • Prepare journal entries for CK period end close
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations, as assigned
  • Prepare and distribute various ad hoc reports
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process for the Commissaries
  • Assist in the annual year end inventory at the NT Supply warehouse
  • Support/lead the Alaska Commissary & Northern Tier Supply warehouse software conversions from Bakers to PDI Warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Nice to have:

  • Convenience industry experience a plus
  • Experience with PDI Retail Suite a plus
