Job Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Commis Waiter to join our team. As a commis waiter, it is essential to provide impeccable service at all times to guests while working close to the other members of the team.

Job Responsibility:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner
Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service
Set-up buffets and food stations

Requirements:

Minimum food service experience
Good communications skills
Flexible schedule (able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to multi-task
Legal right to work in Spain
Fluency in English and Spanish
