As our Commis Waiter, you will welcome guests with a smile and a warm greeting and support our waiting team. Situated on Level 33 of The Shard, the UK's tallest building, Hutong delivers an exceptional Northern Chinese dining experience with stunning views of London.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a warm and friendly support to our waiting team, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests
Work closely with our waiters and senior waiters on delivering a great service for our guests
Welcome guests with a smile and a warm greeting and support our waiting team.

Requirements:
